This webpage is geared towards us seniors, thinking of taking up a new or renewed sport / activity (biking) to occupy their spare time.

E-Mountain Biking could be a relaxing activity/sport that doesn't require you to be jumping off logs or cliffs, leaping into the air doing somersaults, screaming down bike parks, and wearing protective padding. Thanks to the introduction of Electric Pedal Assisted Bikes (E-Bikes... Class 1), taking the "grunt" out of riding; this is now a renewed activity that allows you bike ride again... to just get out there and have a relaxing time.
With riding our pedal-assisted e-bikes, it has been a game changer and has re-invigorated our passion for mountain or regular biking. It has enabled us to venture throughout the vast network of trails and re-exposed us to the mountains that we have missed for years. Without pedal assisted bikes, we would be sitting at the bottom of the mountain, looking up, drinking our "coffees".
Benefits in riding your bike...
1.) The joy of being alive... being active in the "great outdoors"...
2.) Fresh air and keeping our bodies somewhat fit...
3.) Our continued camaraderie ...
4.) Exploring new areas...
5.) Continue learning new things and new approaches...
