Thanks to the introduction of E-Mountain Bikes, (pedal- assisted), this has now become an activity us old timers can partake. These bikes take the "grunt" out of climbing the hills and going the distance, making it a relaxing, enjoyable ride.

Dike to Pitt River Bridge and back through school grounds

Today, We took a ride to Pitt River, along the dike towards Pitt River Bridge and back through the school grounds with a loop through the technical trails. We were on our regular mountain bike.
